At this time, Sprout Therapy is a private pay organization. We do not bill insurance companies; however, a medical receipt (Superbill) can be provided per your request for you. to submit to your insurance for possible "out-of-network" reimbursement. We recommend reaching out to your health insurance provider  to determine reimbursement eligibility.

We currently accept credit/debit cards. Payment is required at the time of service. A credit card will be required to be kept on file regardless of payment method. Please contact us to request our rates for specific services.

The best way to determine if your child needs therapy is to speak with a professional. Let's set up a time to talk it out during a free consult call to discuss your concerns.

All clients must be e evaluated prior to receiving therapeutic services. The evaluation may last up to 60 minutes and consists of caregiver interviews, observations, as well as formal and/or informal assessment tools. The results of the evaluation will be shared with you and a report will be provided. We will accept recent evaluation reports that have occurred in the last 6 months related to your area of concern.
